Refund Policy
• Returns must be sent back within 7 business days in the original packaging or equivalent. The buyer requesting a return will be responsible to pay return shipping, upon receiving the return at MKCrafts One Stop Shop we will inspect all items returned and issue a refund of the shipping/item(s) if all requirements are met.
• Returns are not acceptable on custom items unless there is an error at the behalf of MKCrafts One Stop Shop. Example: Wrong color, name on item etc. on order form.
• For broken or damaged items, the item(s) will be replaced upon approval. Must include photo of damage and matching order number these usually do not require shipping back in most cases. Upon gathering all info send us an email, we can be reached in the Contact page in our Home menu. Send a detailed message with an order number explaining what the problem is and we will gladly try to resolve it.

When will my package arrive and where can I find tracking numbers?
Upon placing an order MKCrafts One Stop Shop will begin processing your order and you will receive a confirmation number stating your purchase was placed.
Upon fulfillment of your order which can take up to 14 Business Days for Made to Order products you will receive a tracking number through the email provided during checkout. You can track your package with this number via the carrier provided.
What is your turnaround time?
MKCrafts One Stop Shop handmakes everything one by one and that can be quite the task for a small business.
Depending on how many Made to Order packages we need to fulfill we currently have a turnaround time of 14 business days at the latest before shipping your products. This number may vary significantly and many packages ship well before this timeline. For further questions on this matter you can Contact Us.
Note: The Clearance and Ready to Ship sections are exempt from the turnaround time and can ship immediately as long as our immediate shipping policy on these items are followed correctly, you can view these shipping policies on each of the item descriptions in the Clearance and Ready to Ship sections as they are available.
How can I personalize a product?
Not every product can be personalized but we try to simplify this step by placing Personalized in the name of the product.
Each Personalized capable product varies on what can or cannot be personalized, these fields are provided to you on the item details tab.
Can I get invoiced?
If you would like to be invoiced we can do your shopping for you by getting everything you need ready for you and sending you the invoice (pre-filled cart) in which you just have to checkout and thats it! It's as simple as that just Contact Us via email or Facebook Messenger via our private group.
